‘Promoting Diversity’

The ‘Promoting Diversity’ category aims to shine the spotlight on workspace operators that have diversity statistics worth shouting about. Promoting and practising inclusivity and diversity in our company is incredibly important to us, which is why our team is comprised of people of all colours, creeds, political preferences, genders, walks of life & more.

It’s also why we welcome businesses from different backgrounds and industries to work and collaborate in our spaces.

Embracing diversity enables us to recruit the best emerging and established talent in our industry. Having access to a wide range of viewpoints and perspectives is enriching; it helps us to innovate and make our workspaces the best they can be. And it’s no secret that having a diverse team leads to better business outcomes.

According to the research explored in this Forbes article, teams outperform individual decision makers 66% of the time, and decision making improves as team diversity increases. Compared to individual decision makers, all-male teams make better business decisions 58% of the time, while gender diverse teams do so 73% of the time.

Teams that also include a wide range of ages and different geographic locations make better business decisions 87% of the time.
