We’re proud to announce that Halkin has taken over 40,000 sq ft at 107 Cheapside, further strengthening our presence in the City of London. This iconic site, positioned between Bank and St Paul’s, is our latest step in expanding access to high-quality, design-led flexible workspaces across London.

Formerly operated by BE Offices, the space fits seamlessly into our portfolio—offering clients a well-connected, amenity-rich environment in the heart of the Square Mile.

With executive suites from £350/month, this new site is designed for modern businesses who expect more from their workspace: more design, more service, more flexibility.
