It’s easy to see why coworking is so popular. Cost-effective and convenient, it’s the perfect solution for solopreneurs and small businesses who just don’t need a private space. But with so many coworking operators out there and with so many options to choose from, people often ask us: What makes Halkin so special?
To answer the question, we commissioned brand designer, photographer and all-round creative extraordinaire, Azzurra Visaggio, to produce a selection of illustrations around what it means to be a coworker at Halkin.
We invited her to spend the day in our Paris Gardens coworking space to get a real feel for the atmosphere.

1. Free coffee
Other hot beverages are available, of course. And for free, we might add. We understand that for many people, the working say starts with a caffeine kick.
That’s we provide a range of hot drinks on the house for all of our members throughout the day. We also have plenty of options for those on a caffeine hiatus – peppermint, lemon and ginger; the list goes on.
2. IT Support
We want to make the transition to your new workspace as seamless as possible. You’ll have unlimited access to WiFi from day one and in-house IT support is available should you find yourself in a pickle tech-wise.
3. Webstore
From iPhones and business-critical software packages to office supplies and other bits and bobs, you’ll find everything you need at competitive prices in our very own online webstore.
4. Locations
One of the best things about a Halkin coworking membership is that you have the option to work from three of our five central London locations: Monument, Southwark and Watford. Sometimes it’s just nice to mix it up a bit.
5. Flexibility
We know that to thrive in today’s competitive market, businesses need to be agile. As such, we’ve made our contracts as flexible as possible and sign you up for a month at a time. So if your requirements change and you need to move, there’s no lengthy notice period.
6. Networking opportunities
We’re all about encouraging collaboration within our coworking community. Opportunities will naturally present themselves when you work in one of our open spaces and attend our social and networking events.
